These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and $ARQOS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the $ARQOS platform and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by us (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

$ARQOS is a digital platform that facilitates Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCAs), commonly known as savings circles. Our platform allows users to:

• Create and join savings circles with other verified members
• Make regular contributions to collective savings pools
• Receive lump sum payouts according to predetermined schedules
• Access financial education resources and tools
• Participate in a trusted community of savers

The platform uses blockchain technology to ensure transparency, security, and automatic execution of agreed-upon terms.

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Complete identity verification processes as required
• Keep your contact information current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our community standards.

When you join a savings circle, you enter into a financial commitment with other members. You agree to:

• Make contributions according to the agreed schedule and amount
• Honor your commitment for the full duration of the circle
• Communicate any payment difficulties in advance
• Respect the payout order and terms established for the circle
• Participate constructively in circle communications

Default and Consequences: Failure to meet your financial obligations may result in:

• Reduction in your Trust Score
• Restriction from joining future circles
• Legal action to recover outstanding amounts
• Reporting to credit agencies where applicable

Our fee structure is transparent and based on your payout timing preference:

• Early Payout (Months 1-3): 16% fee
• Mid-term Payout (Months 4-6): 8% fee
• Later Payout (Months 7+): 0% fee

Additional fees may apply for:

• Payment processing charges
• Late payment penalties
• Account recovery services
• Premium features and services

All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to any transaction.

Your Trust Score is calculated based on:

• Payment history and reliability
• Length of membership
• Community participation
• Educational progress
• Identity verification status

Trust Scores affect your access to premium circles, better terms, and platform privileges. Scores are updated regularly and may be appealed through our support process.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts or provide false identity information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to manipulate Trust Scores or circle outcomes
• Use automated systems to interact with the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems improperly
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

No Investment Advice: $ARQOS does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Participation in savings circles involves financial risk.

Platform Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may affect availability.

Third-Party Risks: We are not responsible for the actions of other circle members, though we maintain systems to minimize risks through verification and Trust Scores.

The $ARQOS platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by $ARQOS and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements.

You may close your account at any time, but remain responsible for all outstanding financial commitments in active circles.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

Any disputes arising from your use of $ARQOS shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

For circle-specific disputes, we provide mediation services to help resolve conflicts between members before escalating to formal procedures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before taking effect.
